Cancellations of bookings by directly bookings through us:
Cancellations until 45 days before rental begin: free of charge
Cancellations between 44 and 30 days before rental begin: 50% of the rental sum must be paid
Cancellations between 29 and 0 days before rental begin and no show: 100% of the rental sum must be paid
Terms for payment:
The total amount of the reservation is required prior to arrival.
50% deposit at the booking,
the second half of the rent up to 30 days before arrival.

Insurance for cancellation costs
Who cancels a booking – no matter for what reason – before the start, will owe cancellation costs depending on the cancellation time. This risk can be covered by cancellation cost insurance. We can offer you such an insurance through ERV European travel insurance for the costs of 3.75% of the rental sum til a rental sum of CHF 9’999,– and 4,75% for a higher rental sum till CHF 20’000,–
