Furi is reachable all year round
• by cable car (first station with the Matterhornexpress),
• via the (winter-) hiking trail Zermatt – Blatten/Zum See – Furi
• via a road by electric taxi (only with good road conditions in winter)
The Chalets themselves only on foot or by ski!

From the bubble station Furi you need about 5-10 minutes by foot or 2 minutes by ski to the Chalet.
On the (winter-) hiking trail from Zermatt to Furi you have a walk from about 40 to 50 minutes to the single family house.

In winter, on Tuesdays and Thursday is organised a hut/sledging evening to Furi. The surrounding restaurants are open and there is an extra run from Zermatt to Furi at 6.30pm (not included in the season ticket).

In winter early risers watch out!
The ski slope from Furi to Zermatt is closed in the morning till 9am for supply the mountain restaurants. Oncoming traffic is to be expected, snowmobiles are on the way.
